Afternoon Break: My Take on the Grammy’s

Last night I was blessed to spend time with some wonderful, talented people to watch the Grammy’s.  It was quite a show!  Here are a couple of my thoughts from the evening:

• Adele should have won all of the awards she did.  She’s AMAZING!
• I’m glad I was around others because I almost cried during the Whitney tribute by Jennifer Hudson.
• I still love the Beach Boys.
• If I was Russell Brand, I’d be peeing my pants right now.  Katy straight tore him up last night!
• I was stoked to see that The Civil Wars won 2 Grammy’s.
• I’m still not a Taylor Swift fan.
• I really enjoyed the “Dance Mash up”.
• Can someone tell me why Rihanna looked like Tina Turner on crack?
• While I do enjoy Nicki Minaj, her performance last night was a little creepy.
